Welcome to Djursland
Viden Djurs is the primary education partner at Djursland, the eastern part of Jutland in Denmark. We are located in three different locations around the area of Djursland – Grenaa, Rønde and Kalø.
Grenaa
Grenaa is a town at the tip of Djursland in the middle of Kattegat. Here you find the facilities needed for an active leisure time, and you are always close by the beach, coast and forest.
From Grenaa you can take the ferry to Halmstad in Sweden and the danish island Anholt, while Aarhus Airport I located just 20 kilometers south-west from Grenaa. Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark, you can reach by light rail.
Rønde
Rønde is a smaller town in the southern part of Djursland. From Rønde there is 30 kilometers to Aarhus, which you can reach by public transportation.
In Rønde you find all the needed facilities for your daily life. The town is just next to ‘Mols Bjerge National Park’, a hilly area with beautiful walking trails, and just 3 kilometers away from the beach.
Kalø
In Kalø you find our Kalø Organic Agricultural College where both students and employees are passionate about organic farming. Kalø Organic Agricultural College is located in a rural setting at the edge of a forest and close to the sea.
There are 3 kilometers to Rønde with all the necessary facilities, and 30 kilometers to Aarhus. Both Rønde and Aarhus are reachable by public transportation.
